Delivery & Shipping
Cr2 Records are committed to fulfilling your order as quickly and as efficiently as possible. We will endeavour to send out your order the same day that it is received. Digital downloads will be available immediately after your payment has been accepted, except in the case of the subscription service where payment may be required upfront in return for a pre-determined delivery of digital downloads over a stipulated period of time. If the item that you ordered is out of stock we will inform you by email.

Returns Policy
If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged then please contact Cr2 either by emailing enquiries@cr2records.co.uk or by telephoning +44 (0) 208 288 7438 (Mon – Fri, 10am-5.30pm). We will check the details of your order and replace the item free of charge.
Postage & Packing
For all purchases other than digital downloads there will be an additional fee for postage costs and handling fees. These fees are calculated for you dependent on the total weight of your completed order and the destination to which the order is to be despatched. The total P&P cost will be displayed before you complete checkout. You can also select if you would like your order to be despatched by standard royal mail or recorded delivery.
Rights of Refusal
Cr2 Records Ltd reserves the right to refuse Service or sale of Products for any reason, to any End User.
