Sales Points:
Cr2 Head of A&R Damian Wilson knows a good record when he hears it – and now it is his turn to take the glory with his fantastic debut single which samples the old 2 in a Room record ‘Take Me Away’ released on Cutting Records back in 1989.
The record is a no nonsense good time house record, that wins praise for it’s simplicity and the hands in the air reaction it receives each and every time it is played. A firm favorite in the club sets of Pete Tong for many months, and also strongly supported by Judge Jules.
The record is sure to be a big hit for the Hed Kandi crowds, and is already being smashed by some of their key residents.
Remixes come from the legend that is Slipmatt – and his Hi-NRG nu skool breaks style mix is likely to get played amongst a wide variety of DJ’s, as it has a foot in many genre doors – old skool, nu-skool, breaks, hardcore, bassline.
D.O.N.S vs DBN turn in a more melodic / progressive house mix, where as the Richard Searle remix caters strictly for fans of the Electro sound.
