Yep it’s wednesday after the big bank holiday weekend, and we are feeling pretty tired in the office. All roads led to our huge carnival party on Monday and I’m more than happy to say it was a huge success. Thanks to everyone who came and got down with us it was pretty sick yo. All the pics are up on facebook and I’ve included a video of Jacob and JLD doing their new track ‘Basslines In’, which also went down a storm. Roll on next year we say cos we be hearing de bassline already!!!
Cr2 have reached a milestone in their independent label career since forming 6 years ago, we’ve been releasing a variety of house music from Underground techno to more commercial tracks which have crossed over to day time play. Last week we reached our 200th release for the label and to mark the occasion Cr2 put together a 4 track EP featuring some of our new up and coming artists such as Dan Castro and Ben DJ and also Cr2 old school MYNC. ‘I Feel Love’ is currently riding high at number 1 on the club chart this week, we found out in the office yesterday and are all extremely excited that everyone is ‘feeling the love’ (sorry I had to) as much as we are! Congrats MYNC and Rhythm Masters!!
